?The European Yearbook of Constitutional Law (EYCL) is an annual publication devoted to the study constitutional law. It aims provide a forum for in-depth analysis and discussion new developments in field, both Europe beyond. This second volume examines positioning cities across space time. Unrelenting urbanisation means that most people are, or soon will be, living city administrations become, many respects, their quintessential governing units. Cities are places where State power operationalised concretised; laws government policies transform from parchment objectives practical realities.
